Summary
PartySmart is one of my favorites for a few reasons:
1) it's convenient - it comes in a single-use blister pack that you can pop at any time during your night out
2) it's different - most hangover products are a concoction of vitamins, liver boosters, and electrolytes while PartySmart is made up of all natural ayurvedic herbs
3) it's clinically tested - there is real science behind this product and its ingredients

Most of all though, this really works well for me. I'll usually take one capsule after my first few drinks of the night, drink a big glass of water before bed, and I wake up feeling fine. When I know its going to be a heavy night of drinking, I'll sometimes take another right before bed (again, with a big glass of water or sports drink). I've taken this dozens of times and rarely ever wake up feeling more than a little dehydrated.

Summary
Zaca contains something called Sustamine which is L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine, thought to combat the dehydrating effects of alcohol by replacing lost electrolytes; Prickly Pear, which is high in antioxidants and protects the liver; and L-Glutathione which helps the liver to process more alcohol faster.

I was eager to try this new offering from Zaca due to its interesting ingredient list and the fact that they are chewable, which is different. I took a few of these during a heavy night out drinking, and honestly it offered a lot of help. I didn’t have the typical foggy head, nausea and fatigue the next day, which is awesome. In addition, it's a lot easier to take than anything else I've tried, since you can just pop them in your mouth like a stick of gum rather than having to swallow a pill.

Summary
I am a skeptic by nature and I must admit I have some doubts about activated charcoal especially in supplement form. Nonetheless I decided to give it a try after reading that this supplement can soak up alcohol and its toxic byproducts from my blood stream. I took two capsules before heading out to an office happy hour and two more when I got home. When I woke up, the bloating and nausea that typically accompanies a hangover had subsided, but it wasn’t a total relief. I still had a mild headache, but less severe than the usual. I was also slightly less dehydrated, but that was likely due to the fact that I drank a large glass of water with the capsules when I got home. Overall, this is a cheap and relatively effective way to prevent the nausea and upset stomach that often come with hangover.

I found L-Theanine Calm-Plex after a friend recommended L-theanine and 5-HTP to help calm the terrible anxiety I get each time I wake up after a hard night of drinking. I was also hoping for it to help give me a get a good night sleep and wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat. And guess what? I sleep like a baby on this stuff! I also take 2 capsules right when I wake up after a long night of boozing and I find it calms down the anxiety and sense of dread I often have accompanying my hangover.
